    COORDINADOR / JEFE DE RECURSOS HUMANOSFunciones:
    Gestión del área de RHImplementar estrategias de atracción de talento para perfiles principalmente operativos, de manera local y foránea.

    Coordinación de personal a cargo para reclutamiento y las correctas estrategias mediante bolsas de empleo, campo, redes sociales y otras fuentes de reclutamiento.

    Dar seguimiento a los nuevos ingresos, documentación e inserción de los mismos.
    Seguimiento a los procesos administrativos correspondientes.


    Habilidades:

    • Experiência en reclutamiento operativo/masivo
    • Administración y coordinación de equipo de reclutamiento
    • Experiência con reclutamiento por redes, campo y foráneo
