Estamos en busqueda de un Tech Support Representative para proporcionar asistencia de nível empresarial a nuestros clientes. Diagnosticará y solucionará problemas de software y hardware asi como ayudar a nuestros clientes a instalar aplicaciones y programas.Requisitos:
Ingles Intermedio (semibilingue)Disponibilidad para turno nocturno (Horario fijo)Experiência laboral comprobada en la prestación de soporte tecnicoConocimiento práctico de software de mesa de ayuda, bases de datos y control remoto.
Habilidades avanzadas de solución de problemas y multitareaOrientación al servicio al cliente
Conocimientos:
Plataformas de colaboraciónRedes ciscoWireless y trabajo con cliente.
Aplicaciones de colaboración y voz de Cisco primer nível de escalación de incidentes y problemasTrato con proveedor de equipos Metodología ITILAnálisis y desarrollo de soluciones a incidentes en redes de voz y colaboración
Actividades:
Atención de IncidentesAdministracion de trouble tickets con CarriersRequerimientos y cambios relacionados con soluciones de voz y colaboración.
Asegurar un nível de disponibilidad de las plataformas cercano al 100%.Seguimiento a estandares y mejores prácticas de la industria.
Trabajar en conjunto con equipos multifuncionales para diagnostico e implementación de soluciones finales.
Salario:
$20,000 + paquete de prestaciones
