    MISION DEL PUESTO

    Responsable de coordinar que las importaciones exportaciones de materiales se realicen de conformidad con los procesos autorizados en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad cumpliendo con el marco legal correspondiente.

    AREAS DE RESPONSABILIDAD

    Importación y Exportación de Materiales

    ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Coordinar la logística de importaciones y exportaciones . Preparar la documentación que permita cumplir con los requerimientos de las autoridades correspondientes y del agente aduanal. Elaboración del reporte Import Tracking que permiten identificar todos los materiales que estan en tránsito y su ETA. Elaborar reportes de importaciones y exportaciones realizadas donde se detallan los costos por cada evento. Revisión y trámite de cuentas de gastos de agentes aduanales y transportistas así como la liberación en Nvisión de facturas para pago.

    Realizar la importación y exportación de muestras y materiales promocionales que son solicitados por los diferentes departamentos.

    PERFIL DEL PUESTO

    1. Licenciatura (Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales , afín)

    años de experiencia en puesto similar

    3. Experiencia en Comercio Exterior y Logistica Internacional

    4. Inglés Avanzado
