- Supervising program staff providing medical/clinical information and participating in quality review
- Developing client reports and procedural documents
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including conducting quality monitoring of staff work
- Acting as a resource for front line staff and overseeing program training
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with leadership responsibilities
- Experience substitutable with advanced degrees or additional language skills
- License may be required for certain programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
- Experience coaching and training staff
- Use a variety of computer software and communicate complex information effectively

The Medical Communications team contributes to improving patient health by providing top-notch medical information services to patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. We handle medical inquiries, document adverse events and product complaints, assist with product launches, and support the establishment of successful medical communications operations in a complex global setting.
