Our Impactful Work Worldwide

The Medical Communications team contributes to improving patient health by providing top-notch medical information services to patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. We handle medical inquiries, document adverse events and product complaints, assist with product launches, and support the establishment of successful medical communications operations in a complex global setting.

Explore the Role:

- Manages the day-to-day operations of the program team, ensuring services are in line with client and company policies
- Supervises healthcare and non-healthcare program staff, providing training and support
- Acts as a liaison between clients, management, and staff to address operational issues

A Glimpse into the Role

Supervising program staff providing medical/clinical information and participating in quality review
Developing client reports and procedural documents
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including conducting quality monitoring of staff work
Acting as a resource for front line staff and overseeing program training

What You Need for Success

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science or Healthcare field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology)

Experience

5+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with leadership responsibilities
Experience substitutable with advanced degrees or additional language skills
License may be required for certain programs

Skills and Abilities

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
Experience coaching and training staff

Management Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead experienced professionals and/or subordinate management, oversee work assignments, provide training, interpret policies, and make personnel decisions.
