    At Media.Monks MX we're looking for an Associate Program Manager. This role is a crucial and strategic position within our organization, acting as the primary support to the Regional Head of Delivery. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who not only excels in project management but also thrives in strategic planning, quality assurance, and delivery excellence. Additionally, the Program Manager, along with their team, is responsible for casting, ensuring the right talent is aligned with the right projects to maximize success. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Delivery, the Program Manager plays a key role in shaping our delivery capabilities, assessing the viability and strategic alignment of our commercial and technical proposals, and upholding the highest standards of project execution and product quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning and Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and validation of commercial and technical proposals to ensure they are smart, feasible, and aligned with our delivery capabilities. Act as a critical thinker to foresee delivery challenges and opportunities, making strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
    • Leadership and Collaboration: Oversee the Flex PMs, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Work closely with the project management team to anticipate and fulfill staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is in place for each project. Serve as a mentor and accountability partner to Project Managers, guiding them in project kickoff, execution, and staffing strategies.
    • Quality Assurance: Take full accountability for the quality assurance of all projects, ensuring they meet or exceed our standards and client expectations. Implement and refine quality control processes to continuously enhance our delivery framework.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure that project kick-offs and project-based activities are conducted effectively, with a keen focus on efficient management, staffing, and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and operational success.
    • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in our delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Champion the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between the delivery team, executive leadership, and clients. Communicate effectively across all levels to ensure transparency, alignment, and mutual success in our delivery objectives.
    • Project Management for Key Initiatives : Actively project manage key projects or client retainers from kick-off through to successful delivery. This involves detailed planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and hands-on leadership to ensure project objectives are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This responsibility also includes facilitating smooth project kick-offs, ensuring all project team members are aligned on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and roles.
    • Commercial Proposal Development : Craft compelling commercial proposals for new business opportunities, aligning with expected scope and resources.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in strategic planning, quality assurance, and team leadership.
    • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and strategize effective solutions.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in handling complex client relationships and internal dynamics.
    • Familiarity with the latest project management tools, technologies, and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in Social, Digital Advertising, or Production.
    • Strong communication and organization skills.
    • Proven track record in project management of large-scale creative projects.
    • Team leadership.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and Google / Microsoft Office suite.
    • Experience with social campaigns, creative, design, video production, and post-production.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
    • Proficiency in budget management and project monitoring.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
