- Het afhandelen van onze douane- en exportdocumentatie, inclusief vergunningen en certificaten, voor zowel terugkerende export orders als grote eenmalige projecten naar Azië, Afrika of Zuid-Amerika;
- Het samenwerken met onze verkoopkantoren in Mexico, USA en Australië om klantbehoeften te begrijpen en te voldoen aan douanevoorschriften en exportvereisten;
- De tijdige en nauwkeurige verwerking/voorbereiding van douanedocumenten, naleving van wet- en regelgeving, en proactieve kennisdeling met collega's binnen de afdeling Supply Chain.
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur richting customs/douane of export/import;
- Een beschikbaarheid van 40 uur per week;

Als Customs Officer word jij blij van het vlekkeloos laten verlopen van ons proces rondom export. Jij krijgt energie van het delen van jouw kennis met de andere teamleden en neemt hier dan ook een proactieve rol in aan. Daarnaast zorg jij ervoor dat onze douanedocumenten nauwkeurig en tijdig worden verwerkt, in overeenstemming met geldende wet- en regelgeving.
We zijn een familiebedrijf dat dit jaar maar liefst 100 jaar bestaat Onze vestigingen zijn te vinden in o.a. Asten, Helmond en Cuijk. Daarnaast hebben we wereldwijd diverse productie- en saleslocaties. Hier werken in totaal ruim 300 collega's. De standplaats van deze functie is op ons hoofdkantoor in Helmond. Hier kom je in een gedreven Supply Chain team terecht waarbij zij ontzettend graag willen leren van jouw expertise. De lijntjes binnen ons zijn bedrijf kort en er heerst een informele werksfeer, aldus onze collega's.
