- Working with leads that come through our website.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Act as the first point of contact for customers looking to move internationally, domestically, and locally.
- Working with international customers (United States, Canada, and Mexico)
- Act as a specialist in Crown's services and advise clients where appropriate
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns the customer may have.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Keep all Crown databases and systems updated with relevant information
- More than 2 years' experience in customer service
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment
