    "GERENTE COMERCIAL"

    Requisitos:
    • ESCOLARIDAD: LICENCIATURA EN RELACIONES COMERCIALES, ADMINISTRACIÓN O A FIN (INDISPENSABLE TITULO Y CEDULA).
    • HABILIDADES: DE COMUNICACIÓN, NEGOCIACIÓN Y CIERRE DE CONVENIOS O VENTAS, MANEJO DE PERSONAL, TOMA DE DECISIONES, CREATIVIDAD E INNOVACIÓN, ENTRE OTRAS.
    • EXPERIENCIA: MININA DE 2 AÑOS A NIVEL JEFATURA EN HOSPITALES, CLÍNICAS, LABORATORIOS O A FIN.
    • HORARIO: LUNES A VIERNES DE 9:00 A 19:00 HRS.
    , Y SÁBADOS DE 9:00 A 14:00 HRS.

    ACTIVIDADES:
    • COORDINAR PERSONAL A CARGO (APROXIMADAMENTE 6 EJECUTIVOS DE VENTAS EN CAMPO).
    • IMPLEMENTAR ESTRATEGIAS Y PLANES DE TRABAJO PARA ALCANCE DE METAS.
    • REALIZAR REUNIONES DE TRABAJO CON EL PERSONAL A CARGO Y REPORTA A JEFE INMEDIATO LOS ALCANCES.
    • REALIZAR LA BÚSQUEDA DE LICITACIONES CON OTRAS EMPRESAS.
    • COORDINAR LAS ACTUALIZACIONES DE COSTOS Y PROMOCIONES EN LOS DIFERENTES MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN Y DIFUSIÓN (INSTALACIONES DEL HOSPITAL, PÁGINA INTERNA, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, ENTRE OTRAS).
    • DAR SEGUIMIENTO A LOS CONVENIOS O VINCULACIONES CON OTRAS EMPRESAS.
    • ASISTIR A FERIAS Y CONVENIOS PARA CIERRE DE VENTAS.
    • DAR SEGUIMIENTO A LOS CONTRATOS ESTABLECIDOS CON OTRAS EMPRESAS.
    • REPORTE DE INDICADORES SOBRE VENTAS AL DIRECTOR COMERCIAL.
    • ENTRE OTRAS ACTIVIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS.
