    Empresa especializada en fabricación de ventanas y puertas de vidrio y aluminio de alta gama, por crecimiento solicita personal para el área de Recursos Humanos

    Aptitudes:

    • Enfoque a trabajar por objetivos.
    • Organización, Responsabilidad, Proactividad, Estabilidad, Puntualidad, Discreción.
    • Excelente actitud de servicio.

    Responsabilidades:


    • Búsqueda y Reclutamiento.
    • Inducción y validación de personal.
    • Elaboración y cierre de expedientes.
    • Reducir los índices de rotación de personal.
    • Control y cálculo de Vacaciones, IMSS, prestamos, permisos y demás incidencias
    • Elaboración de planes de prestaciones.
    • Gestión de ambiente laboral.
    • Manejo de situaciones de conflicto.
    • Creación de procesos de comunicación y retroalimentación de todo el personal
    • Organización de actividades para fomentar un buen ambiente laboral.
    • Elaboración de nómina.
    • Elaboración de reportes.
    • Apoyo en actividades y controles administrativos.

    Requisitos:


    • Conocimiento de la LFT y Ley del IMSS.
    • Dominio de programa SUA.
    • Manejo de KPI ́S.
    • Escolaridad: Licenciatura
    • Formación profesional:
    Relaciones industriales, Administración, Contabilidad, Psicología o afin. (técnica o licenciatura).-

    Experiência: 2 años mínimo en puesto similar
