- Facilitate Alignment:
- Lead the alignment between brand managers, e-commerce team, and sales team.
- Foster a collaborative environment to address BU priorities and challenges.
- Act as a liaison, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
- Retail Media Integration:
- Collaborate with the media team to incorporate retail media strategies into brand plans.
- Support the inclusion of retailer (retail media) initiatives in brand media plans.
- Connect with the Gamesa media team to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Strategic Support:
- Provide support in the development of brand-building strategies from an e-comm perspective.
- Assist in executing Ecomm big bets and brand program key initiatives.
- Define KPIs and monitor results, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Latam / US-HBU E-commerce, Marketing, and E-commerce sales.
- Elevate strategies and plans through effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in working with Agile Methodology is a plus.
- Expertise in SEO and SEM.
- Understanding of digital media and the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Decision-making and problem-solving oriented.
- Analytical and numerical thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:
The E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator, serving as the Brand and Ecommerce Alignment Specialist, is a pivotal member of the Consumer Engagement & Data team. This role focuses on fostering collaboration between the brand managers, e-commerce team, and sales team to ensure seamless alignment. Unlike a traditional project leader, this position acts as an enabler, creating spaces for effective communication and coordination. The Ecommerce Coordinator also plays a key role in integrating retail media into brand media plans, requiring interaction with Gamesa's media team. This individual will have a track record of successfully aligning the team in order to have great SEM and SEO strategies to maximize results (sales and ROAS). S/he will also need to be nimble, creative, influential and collaborative to evolve and push the business forward.
