    ESCOLARIDAD:
    Licenciatura psicología,administración, o afín


    Ofrecemos:

    Sueldo bruto mensual de $8000.Pagos quincenales y puntuales.

    HORARIO:

    Lunes a Viernes de 8am-17pm
    Actividades:Auxiliar de recursos humanos que apoye en programa de capacitación anual.
    V Realizar campañas internas anuales para incentivar a los colaboradores en su calidad de vida. Realizando ayudas visuales, trípticos para dejar de fumar, campañas de activación física entre otras. Reunir y administrar toda la información perteneciente a los empleados Revisar y tener actualizados expedientes de los empleados.

    Apoyo en la realización de material para capacitaciones Garantizar el cumplimiento de sus procedimientos basados en ISO 900:2015, ISO 1400:2015, ISO 22000:2018 Mantener del sistema de gestión lo que le corresponde para mantener gestión implementado Esta activamente involucrado con el proceso de competencias laborales También coordina cualquier actividad de inducción requerida.

    Además, puede llevar a cabo procedimientos de orientación para los nuevos empleados.

    Sera responsable de brindar asistencia al gerente de recursos humanos en la ejecución de tareas administrativas Esta activamente involucrado en el apoyo de reclutamiento y selección    Lugar de trabajo:
