Plant Manager


Responsible for the management of one or more plants, coordinating all activities related to production, such as maintenance, quality control, and engineering, following the policies established by senior management, according to schedules, quantities, quality, and costs.

Also responsible for the support areas of the Plant.


Responsibilities/Skills

  • Oversee all daytoday plant operations, from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Development of processes that maximize administration, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with efficiency and production.
  • Verify compliance with departmental objectives according to the established goals
  • Take preventive and corrective measures in the different areas to ensure compliance with the objectives
  • Develop plans for improvements that positively impact metrics
  • Comply with and enforce regulations, policies, and standards established by the company.
  • Recommend and initiate actions that prevent the occurrence of any discrepancy related to the product, process and/or quality operating system.
  • Use personal protective equipment according to JSA (Safe Work Analysis) applicable in their work area.
  • Comply with the environmental, safety, and health requirements set forth in the legislation and regulations related to our activities and products, as well as, those EHS requirements established by the community, our customers, and others to which we are subscribed.

Required Profile

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related career.
  • 5+ years of experience in manager role.

  • Project Management.
  • English and Spanish 100% fluent.
