En MAJESTIC ELEGANCE COSTA MUJERES estamos en búsqueda de un profesional de alto nivel, con excelentes habilidades en atención a cliente para integrarse a nuestro equipo en el puesto de : Customer Care
Serás responsable de ofrecer atención al cliente de primera calidad a nuestros usuarios, dando respuesta y seguimiento a quejas post travel, respuestas a comentarios en extranet así mismo evaluaras de forma sistemática las quejas para reforzar la relación con el cliente y así garantizar la calidad del servicio.
Requisitos
-Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas Turísticas o
carrera afín.
-Manejo de estándares de Calidad en el Servicio aplicados a su actividad.
-Manejo de Microsoft Office e Internet (manejo de paquetería office)
-Manejo de sistemas operativos hoteleros
-Inglés nivel avanzado hablado y escrito. (Se valora idioma adicional)
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
-Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el puesto u posiciones similares.
-Manejo de plataformas de TA, Booking, Expedia, Google, Reviewpro
Funciones
° Recibir quejas y de los clientes post travel
° Brindar asistencia y orientar a huéspedes sobre seguimiento de quejas
° Administrar el tiempo para responder en tiempo y forma las quejas y comentarios de las distintas extranet
° Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, aclarar información, investigar cada problema y ofrecer soluciones alternativas
° Gestionar las quejas y desarrollar estrategias para mejorar la experiencia general del cliente
° Recopilar y analizar los comentarios de nuestros clientes
° Tomar nota sobre las sugerencias de los clientes para mejorar en las áreas de oportunidad mencionadas
° Responder a todas las opiniones de nuestros clientes
° Manejar las reseñas negativas y hacer lo posible en convertir situaciones desagradables en experiencias positivas
° Registro y control de compensaciones ofrecidas a nuestros clientes

Requisitos
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas Turísticas o
carrera afín.
Manejo de estándares de Calidad en el Servicio aplicados a su actividad.
