    Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de RR. HH.

    alineadas con la estrategia empresarial generalTender puentes en las relaciones entre la dirección y los empleados ocupándose de las demandas, reivindicaciones y otros problemasGestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selecciónApoyar las necesidades empresariales actuales y futuras a través del desarrollo, el compromiso, la motivación y la conservación del capital humanoDesarrollar y controlar estrategias de RR.

    generales, sistemas, tácticas y procedimientos en toda la organizaciónFomentar un entorno de trabajo positivoSupervisar y gestionar un sistema de evaluación del rendimiento que promueva un rendimiento altoMantener planes de pago y programas de beneficiosValorar las necesidades de formación para aplicar y controlar programas de formaciónInformar a la dirección y ofrecer apoyo en las decisiones a través de métricas de RR.

    Requisitos:
    Experiência laboral demostrable como gerente de RR. HH. u otro ejecutivo de RR. HH.

    Orientado hacia las personas e impulsado por los resultadosExperiência demostrable con métricas de Recursos HumanosConocimiento de los sistemas y las bases de datos de Recursos HumanosCapacidad para elaborar estrategias junto con dotes de liderazgoExcelentes habilidades de escucha activa, negociación y presentaciónCompetencia para establecer y gestionar de manera efectiva relaciones interpersonales en todos los níveles de la empresaTipo de puesto:
