- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Teams to understand the priorities of prospective clients and internal teams' needs.
- Building sales, marketing, and employee experience collateral (Powerpoint Presentations, PDFs, graphics, flyers, Videos, GIFs, etc.) as needed and prioritized by internal stakeholders.
- Building landing pages via our CMS and creating advertisement visuals to support specialized content for various marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Collaborating with our vendor partners to support the delivery of collateral.
- Supporting the development of virtual and in-person event materials, including flyers, digital advertisements, virtual booths, and more.
- Reporting on content and service delivery performance to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with key partners internally (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure brand continuity and consistency in brand messaging.
- Improving content delivery timelines via templatizing for scale over time.
- Providing feedback & input to improve internal content and service delivery operations.
- Experience Designer
- Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience in Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Design Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design
- Ability to use or willingness to learn collaborative platforms such as Canva,
Google Suite, and more - Ability to create a variety of different design assets such as PowerPoint,
Handbooks, Communication Graphics, Ads, Flyers, Newsletters, Conference
Booth Collateral, and more with various types of branding, style, and aesthetic - Huge PLUS if you have video editing skills/background or illustration
