We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Sales Desk Specialist for our Team. Your role will be to drive revenue through cross sell and Upsell activities for our High Value SMB Portfolio. This position enables us to build a stronger relationship with our High Value merchants and deepen our product proposition.

Portfolio Sales Desk Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Sales Desk Specialist for our Team. Your role will be to drive revenue through cross sell and Upsell activities for our High Value SMB Portfolio. This position enables us to build a stronger relationship with our High Value merchants and deepen our product proposition. You will work in a metrics-driven high-velocity Sales environment with a team of Inside Sales Leaders and business portfolio managers to work in-revenue protection and revenue growth of various merchant segments across Small and Medium Business (SMB)

A successful Portfolio Sales specialist exhibits strong acquiring skills. He/she must excel at customer interaction through delivering appropriate Products and value props. This is a Target driven role on Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)


Responsibilities:


  • Drive Revenue through CrossSell, Upsell, Uplift, Winback Portfolio campaigns
  • Ability to prospect and profile merchants and discover best product solutions and growth opportunities
  • Drive SOC Increase through optimisation of existing products and flows
  • Understand and articulate key business drivers and overcome merchant objections by effectively communicating the PayPal value propositions
  • Manages all aspects of pipeline activity to drive sales effectively
  • Ensure the SMB Portfolio grows above Benchmark levels of Revenue and Transaction Margin growth.
  • Uses tools and skills to engage merchants and close deals
  • Articulates comprehensive solutions and makes proactive recommendations
  • Own your own learning and work to develop skills through all knowledge channels, tools, resources about PayPal's business, adjacencies, new features, products, policies, and services.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ year's experience in Merchant facing Roles preferably in Sales
  • An excellent communicator in Spanish and English. Portuguese as additional language will be preferred
  • Experience in B2B Sales and Solution selling.
  • Experience in revenue growth through CrossSell and Upsell activities
  • A track record of success in overachieving vs. goals or quotas
  • Selfstarter; strong work ethic; eager to crush sales goals
  • Comfortable working in a high pressure, targetdriven, fast paced environment with competing priorities able to shift focus based upon organizational needs
  • Ability to learn on the fly, multitask and effectively use tools to identify and solve.

  • Monitoring, collaborating to elevate drivers and impacts
  • Preferably previous experience with using Salesforce for pipeline management and comfortable in using multiple online tools, dashboards and CRM to derive actionable information.
  • Strong interpersonal and timemanagement skills.
