    Descripción
    The Manager of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for overseeing the payroll, compensation, and benefits of the company. They will also analyze compensation data within an organization and evaluate job positions to determine classification and salary. They will also administer employee benefits and oversee the payroll department.

    What the Candidate Will Do Oversee the Mexico division for compensations, benefits, and payrollCreate, implement, and manage salary classification of compensation programs and benefitsClosely collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and HR to help support process improvement and change managementWork with the internal/external legal team to ensure company registrations, outsourcing licenses, expat authorizations and other employment requirements are currentAdminister and manage employee benefitsAnalyze market surveys, trends, and job descriptions to ensure appropriate compensation across all companyAdvise on promotions, merit increases, salary adjustments according to company's policiesAdvise employees on state and federal employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programsDeveloping and implementing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures, assuring compliance with current regulations.

    Assure employee records and data are in compliance with current regulations and updated in the HRIS systemBasic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountant, or Engineering 5 plus years of experience as a compensation & benefits manager or in a related rolePreferred Qualifications 3 plus years of experience as People LeaderTeamwork with Mexico & U.S.
