    Descripción

    Cuidar la integridad de su equipo, lograr los resultados de excelencia que cumplan con la calidad, responsable de coordinar, realizar,controlar y reportar las actividades relacionadas con su maquina y con el personal, utilizando los recursos de manera eficiente.


    • Es responsable de cumplir y hacer cumplir los estándares de calidad definidos en sus áreas.
    • Trabaje en equipo con técnicos y auditores de calidad para mantener el scrap dentro de objetivo.
    • Escala con su jefe inmediato sobre problemas recurrentes para poder resolverlos de manera efectiva.
    • Busca de forma proactiva oportunidades de mejora en los procesos para obtener productos libres de
    defectos.

    • Autoridad para detener la producción en caso de que no se cumplan los requisitos previamente establecidos.
    • Liberación de la primera corrida al inicio de la producción, cumpliendo con los parámetros de operación y especificaciones del material.
    • Responsable de la ejecución y cumplimiento del plan de producción y el plan de control de sus áreas yo de Fullsus máquinas.
    • Se encarga de mantener la maquinaria en óptimas condiciones para lograr mayor disponibilidad yproductividad
    • Comunique a su jefe inmediato los problemas recurrentes que afectan la eficiencia de su área.
    • Responsable del correcto manejo de materias primas y o material del proceso yo de su máquina.
    • Interpretar los requisitos de los Clientes establecidos en la Orden de Trabajo.
    • Controle el cumplimiento de los parámetros de Producción establecidos para su Máquina.
    • Cumplir con requisitos y especificaciones de Clientes Internos. Validar las capturas en BDE de las cantidadesy tiempos registrados.
    • Responsable de realizar la reunión CBT1, realizar planes de acción junto con su equipo, reportar elcumplimiento o no cumplimiento de las actividades y escalar los problemas recurrentes o no resueltos a su jefeinmediato.
    • Responsable disciplinario del personal a su cargo.
    • Dirigir las tareas de los Operadores durante su turno.
    • Dirigir, validar y asignar tareas durante los cambios de orden.
    • Organiza la distribución de su personal de turno y su máquina
