Head of Compensation & Benefits, Schneider Electric, Mexico & Central America
This role is for you if you:
Have minimum of 10 years of work-related experience in compensation & benefits with accountability for various reward processes and projects, including:
· Compensation & benefits project management
· Broad-based and executive compensation & benefits design
· Reward plan evaluation, analysis and communication
· Expert knowledge of Mexican & Central American compensation and benefits programs
· Demonstrated experience in a large, global and complex matrix organization
Key responsibilities:
1. Leads the delivery and deployment of Schneider Electric's best-in-class global reward strategy and programs in accordance with local market conditions and legal and regulatory compliance.
2. Identifies targeted reward needs and opportunities based on the business strategies and objectives for Schneider Electric in Mexico & Central America.Proactively acts on the design and effectiveness of the compensation and benefits programs to ensure that Schneider Electric attracts, retains and engages top talent.
3. Partners with various business leaders to accomplish business objectives with various local reward solutions.
4. Leads annual benchmarking and outreach effort with relevant data and total rewards best practices to drive informed compensation and benefits decisions and keep us competitive in the market.
5. Remains up to date on any legislative changes in relation to compensation and benefits and partners with legal counsel to ensure compliance.
6. Partners with HRBPs and other key stakeholders around the organization to deliver rewards policies that address business needs.
7. Partners with HR Services to ensure the seamless execution of the short-term incentive, salary review and WESOP plans.
8. Manages benefits vendor relationships including monitoring service agreements, contract negotiations and renewals.Liaises with benefits providers on all aspects of benefits plans regarding contract provisions, claims experience reporting, levels of service, etc.
