Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant II is responsible for providing high-level, confidential administrative support to the Executives and their extended teams across time zones
Job contributions and key responsibilities:
- Manage travel, logistics and expenses for extended team.
- Maintain and manage calendars.
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Schedule meetings and teleconferences, prepare agendas, and make arrangements for food and coordinate other meeting requirements.
- Arrange travel, to include, hotel, transportation, and processing of passports and associated travel activities.
- Attend meetings, record, transcribe and distribute minutes/notes and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation.
- Prepare information and documentation by drafting, finetuning, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics. Distribute and maintain historical documentation and correspondence as required.
- Develop and maintain crossdepartmental relationships.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
- Support projectrelated work.
- May plan events, as needed, for internal and external meetings, dinners, town hall meetings, and special social events by scheduling venue/vendor, budget preparation, manage logistics and act as liaison.
- May monitor and assist in tracking department budget.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Farming industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and web platforms.
- Bilingual
- English and Spanish.
- Proven experience interacting with all levels of the organization and key stakeholders.
- Event planning experience a plus
- A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail in a proactive manner with followthrough.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Expert level written, verbal, reporting and presentation communication skills (internal company and external public).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve highperformance goals and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to draft and edit presentations and letters
Education Level:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
Years of experience:
years in areas related to the position
- Experience in multinational environment preferred
- Global cultural orientation and working experience

License required:
- Driver's license valid in CA.
Travel requirements:
- Ability to travel 5% of the time domestic and international
