Shift:
Monday to Friday: 1500 to 2300
Weekends May vary
The job includes the following tasks:
Shipment monitoring
Expedite Coverage
Update system
Track and trace
Appointment scheduling
Customer service
Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve on time loads.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Prepare accurate reports
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Basic Qualifications:
High school degree
Schedule Availability
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of microsoft office
Experience in customer service will be appreciated
Advanced English. Written and spoken
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
On the fly prioritization
Data processing and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
