    Location: Toluca

    Your role as an Account Manager Sales involves supporting the entire commercial management process, from pricing to portfolio management to order processing, to meet sales targets in line with regional/BU sales strategy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

    Your main Accountabilities:

    • Handling inquiries, orders, invoicing, and coordination of deliveries
    • Monitoring contract conditions, payment terms, and sales figures
    • Handling credit notes, statistics, and customer analyses
    • Communicating and coordinating with internal and external teams
    • Managing claims and coordinating with technical and sales managers
    • Customer data management and maintaining customer contact
    • Conducting pricing and margin analysis, providing portfolio support
    • Customer correspondence and reporting
    • Designing and implementing Customer Service Satisfaction Surveys
    • Aligning sales measures, preparing and sending quotations
    • Assisting with sales presentations and project work as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Business school background or commercial training
    • Practical experience in sales
    • Strong language skills, including English
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP R/3 is advantageous
    • Analytical skills, customer orientation, teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation skills
