Requisitos: Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, carreras del área económico administrativo importante.
Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a sábados de 7:00 16:00 hrsFunciones:
Recabar incidencias de personal. Elaborar pre nómina quincenal.
Atención a empelados Registrar movimientos de personal en ERP Asistir firma de contratos y envío a Corporativo Atender bajas de personal (notificar bajas a corporativo) Reportar necesidades de mantenimiento, preventivo, correctivo y programático del plantel.
Manejo de caja chica. Gestionar pago de servicios del plantel y actividades académicas. Supervisar servicios de vigilancia y limpieza. Resguardo y custodia de equipos, materiales y suministros. Administrar los servicios de cafetería y servicio de fotocopiado reportando los ingresos semanales. Reportar a las direcciones respectivas sobre notificaciones de dependencias de gobierno. Renovar permisos del plantel ante dependencias de gobierno. Organizar los eventos del plantel. Apoyo en la integración de personal de nuevo ingreso.Habilidades:
