    Generalista de Recursos HumanosCumplimiento, ejecución y seguimiento de los procesos de Recursos Humanos para contribuir e impactar positivamente en los indicadores de la empresa mediante intervenciones efectivas


    Responsabilidades:


    • Seguimiento a indicadores de Rotación y Ausentismo
    • Conocimientos HACCP
    • Atención oportuna y personalizada a los colaboradores, así como a los departamentos de la planta para dar respuesta a sus requerimientos individuales y tramites en temas de Recursos Humanos.
    • Atención y seguimiento a los planes de clima laboral que ayuden aumentando los indicadores en temas de rotación, ausentismo, siniestralidad y demandas laborales.
    • Atracción del talento para asegurar la cobertura de vacantes en tiempo y forma.
