    SOLICITA:

    JEFE/GENERALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOSRequisitos:
    Licenciado en Administración, Ing.

    Industrial, unicas carreras, que tenga por lo menos 8 años de experiência como jefe o generalista de recursos humanos, tenga dominio realizando reclutamiento de todos los níveles gerárquicos de la empresa, haga reclutamiento masivo de puestos operativos (Soldadores de Microalambre, Cizallistas, Pintores (pintura en polvo) o electrostática), elaboración de incidencias de nómina, verificación de creditos infonavit y fonacot, conozca de diferentes tipos de contratos, muy bue manejo de las desvinculaciones laborales, dominio de la ley federal del trabjo, Ley del IMSS, conozca de la reglamentación de las normas oficiales mexicanas, sea capacitador interno certificado por la STPS, elabore planes de capacitacion interna y externa, etc.
