    What you will do?Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceOversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityHow you will do it?Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesDevelop metrics to measure the team's progress and success at deliver on commitmentsHead-up technical issue resolution related to manufacturing process control and capabilityFacilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each projectGather relevant information that affects Supply Chain issuesWorking with the New Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning teams to synthesize data into a clear NPI ramp plan.

    Identifying program risks, determine impact to business, and drive mitigation plansLead the team in the overall program planning and execution balancing scope, schedule and budgetChair and coordinate the communication of program status to appropriate senior management teamManage overall capacity plan, including coordination of equipment, fixture & materials for ramp upDrive manufacturing efficiency and yield improvements for post-ramp productsLeading or participating in cross functional teamsWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related fieldExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
