- Gestión integral de reclamaciones
- Analizar y evaluar las reclamaciones presentadas por contratistas y subcontratistas en relación con proyectos de infraestructuras
- Elaborar las reclamaciones derivadas del proyecto con subcontratistas
- Documentar retrasos y adicionales del proyecto
- Investigar y recopilar evidencia y documentación relevante para respaldar o refutar las reclamaciones presentadas
- Colaborar con los departamentos internos, consultores legales y expertos técnicos para analizar la viabilidad y las implicaciones financieras de las reclamaciones
- Desarrollar estrategias y soluciones para resolver disputas y minimizar los riesgos legales y financieros asociados
- Análisis contractual y legal
- Revisar y analizar los contratos y acuerdos relevantes, identificando cláusulas y condiciones relacionadas con reclamaciones y disputas
- Evaluar el impacto contractual de las reclamaciones y las obligaciones y derechos de las partes involucradas
- Colaborar con el equipo legal en la preparación y presentación de respuestas a las reclamaciones presentadas y en la defensa de los intereses de la organización
- Negociación y resolución de disputas
- Participar en reuniones y negociaciones con contratistas, subcontratistas y representantes del cliente para resolver disputas y reclamaciones
- Identificar soluciones alternativas y acuerdos mutuamente beneficiosos para todas las partes involucradas
- Preparar y presentar informes y documentación para respaldar las negociaciones y las resoluciones alcanzadas
- Coordinación y comunicación
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para todas las partes interesadas, incluidos contratistas, subcontratistas, el cliente y el equipo interno
- Coordinar y colaborar con diferentes departamentos internos, como finanzas, legales, adquisiciones y operaciones, para garantizar una gestión eficiente de las reclamaciones
- Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con todas las partes involucradas, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares sobre el estado de las reclamaciones y los avances realizados
- Licenciado en Derecho o campo relacionado
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiencia de mas de 5 años en la gestión de reclamaciones y disputas en proyectos de infraestructura con gobierno
- Conocimiento sólido de las regulaciones y legislaciones gubernamentales aplicables a proyectos de infraestructura
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para evaluar y resolver problemas complejos de manera efectiva
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para presentar información de manera clara y persuasiva
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y priorizar
