Dar seguimiento de los requerimientos de Revenue, sin dejar de lado los requerimientos de Márgenes Operativos.
Tener un enfoque proactivo de las ventas, impulsando los objetivos de crecimiento y el volumen de direcciones, y estableciendo relaciones con los clientes a diferentes niveles con el fin de desarrollar el negocio y las ventas.
Desarrollar estrategias de clientes, planes de campañas de marketing, realizar presentaciones de ventas y generar nuevas oportunidades.
Identificar y buscar nuevas oportunidades para el crecimiento empresarial.
Construir relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo con clientes y mercados clave para desarrollar asociaciones y oportunidades
Maneja productos estandarizados con opciones predefinidas que requieren un asesoramiento sencillo al cliente.
Manejo de contratos integrados
Contribuye a que los precios y condiciones tengan un cierto grado de granularidad. Trabaja sobre la base de marcos de precios de contratos predefinidos.
Se espera que defina el enfoque del cliente de forma autónoma
Maneja una región de tamaño bajo - medio, región estable, con presencia establecida en el mercado
Planeación coordinación y delivery de las ventas capturadas en Mexico
Manejo de personal.
Rendición de informes - Tendra una Ingeniería de petróleos o afines con mínimo 8 años de experiencia en la industria y especifica 5 años en DrillBits y/o en ventas y el negocio en manejo de clientes, coordinación de operación, presentación de propuesta, preparación de licitaciones, presentación de KPIs, presentación de informes habilidades de comunicación efectiva, negociación, proactivo
- Dominio del inglés hablado y escrito, buenas relaciones interpersonales.
