    :Gerente de Recursos Humanos*Requisitos
    : Licenciatura en Psicología o afín.
    Experiência mínima de 6 años como Generalista de Recursos Humanos en Planta o CEDIS
    :
    Alto enfoque en administración de personal, experiência elaborando estrategias en planes de sucesión y desarrollo de personal.

    Se buscará una persona con sentido de urgencia, adaptabilidad al cambio, con liderazgo, que haya tenido gente a cargo, excelente comunicación, analítico y estratégico y ser organizado.

    RESPONSABILIDADES:

    Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección.

    Apoyar las necesidades empresariales actuales y futuras a través del desarrollo, el compromiso, la motivación y la conservación del capital humano Fomentar un entorno de trabajo positivo Supervisar y gestionar un sistema de evaluación del rendimiento que promueva un rendimiento alto Mantener planes de pago y programas de beneficios Valorar las necesidades de capacitación para aplicar y controlar programas de formación Informar a la dirección y ofrecer apoyo en las decisiones a través de métricas de RR.

    $35,000.00 al mes    Horario: lunes a viernes 8 a 6 sábados de 9 a 2
