    Gerente de Ventas Jr.

    Horario: lunes a viernes de 09:00am a 06:00pm. En ocasiones extraordinarias tienen que acudir a eventos los días sábados.

    Zona de trabajo: Col Condesa, Cuauhtémoc.

    CDMX como base y eventos en todo el país y el extranjero. El trabajo es 90% home office y 10% oficina.

    Actividades:

    Responsable del 50% de la cuota anual de la empresa con gente a su cargo.

    Vender eventos corporativos para diferentes industrias en México y USA enfocados a Convenciones, Viajes de incentivo, Teambuilding, Activaciones y Lanzamientos de producto.

    Supervisar a su equipo comercial en el servicio prestado a cuentas y generar nuevos leads que nos lleve a seguir destacándonos en la industria pero crecer a mismo ritmo con la empresa.

    Participar en las visitas de inspección que se requieren en los eventos para cerrar los detalles a operar.

    Participar de manera voluntaria en algunos de los eventos vendidos.

    Libertad para proponer nuevas soluciones o nuevas líneas de negocio.

    Motivar y potenciar las habilidades de su equipo.

    Paqueterías o Programas de Computo (CRM/ ERP) que debe saber utilizar: Excel, Word, PPT.

    Deseable Hubspot o similar CRM , deseable herramientas de AI

    Ofrecemos:

    Sueldo $30,000 mensuales brutos, más prestaciones de ley, más comisiones promedio de $40,000 pesos mensuales.

    Silla, Laptop, viáticos, apoyo en servicios home office, gasolina.

    15 días de vacaciones desde el primer año. Seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores. 3 eventos al año de integración de equipo.

    Requisitos:

    Requisitos:

    Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Comunicación, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Internacionales, Turismo, pasante o titulado.

    Inglés avanzado

    Experiencia mínima de 4 años en la industria de eventos corporativos o activaciones

    Necesario contar con cartera de clientes AAA

    Preferible tener visa o pasaporte.

    Preferible tener automóvil propio.
