    Women in Sales Force es un programa que busca desarrollar mujeres jóvenes con al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral que hayan cursado las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Civil o Química, o Arquitectura. Este programa entrega la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia única, asumiendo desafíos en el ámbito técnico y comercial dentro de otro país.

    Dentro de tus funciones tendrás como responsabilidad:

    • Manejar cuentas de clientes existentes, así como la promoción y venta de productos.
    • Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes asignados.
    • Alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas planificados.
    • Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la identificación y prospección de clientes potenciales.
    • Asistir en la preparación de materiales de ventas y presentaciones para reuniones con clientes.
    • Participar en el seguimiento de leads y en la gestión de la base de datos de clientes potenciales.
    • Colaborar en la elaboración de informes de rendimiento y análisis de resultados.
    • Otras funciones relacionadas con el cargo.

    Requisitos
    • Mujeres con pregrado completado en Ingeniería Industrial, Civil o Química, o Arquitectura.
    • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia laboral en ventas y/o proyectos.
    • Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
    • Interés por aprender sobre estrategias de ventas y desarrollo comercial.
    • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas y manejo de paquetes ofimáticos.
    • Interés por migrar de forma temporal o permanente a otro país dentro de Latinoamérica.
    • Inglés Avanzado (B2).

    Si te encuentras ubicada en alguno de estos países, tu aplicación es bienvenida, Colombia, México, Guatemala, República Dominicana, Chile, Perú, Brasil. Y luego tendrás la oportunidad de tener una experiencia internacional en alguno de estos países.

    Información adicional

    El programa tiene una duración de 15 meses, 3 meses en el país de Origen y 12 meses en otro país de Latinoamérica.
