    MISIÓN DEL PUESTO

    Desarrollar nuevos productos para el Mercado Automotriz y No Automotriz así como Mercado Independiente conforme los requerimientos del cliente con base en los lineamientos corporativos detallados en el SIM (Suspension Innovation Manual).

    FUNCIONES:

    1. Desarrollar productos y prototipos de acuerdo a las especificaciones del cliente para satisfacer sus necesidades.

    2. Realizar mejoras en diseño del producto con el fin de reducir costos

    3. Ordenar la fabricación de prototipos dando seguimiento a la adquisición de partes componentes para su armado y prueba.

    4. Emitir el plan de pruebas coordinando su ejecución para obtener aprobación inicial del cliente y/o lograr una reducción de costos del producto previamente autorizado.

    5. Coordinar con clientes sesiones de entonación en vehículo para definir las fuerzas de amortiguación definitivas del producto.

    6. Intercambiar información técnica con el cliente con el fin de obtener la definición completa del producto a desarrollar.

    7. Evaluar reportes de prueba del amortiguador que está en proceso de desarrollo, para la toma de decisiones.

    8. Elaborar reportes de prueba del amortiguador una vez concluidas para obtener la aprobación final del cliente.

    9. Interactuar en el EMD (Equipo Multidisciplinario del proyecto) para implementar el nuevo producto en producción regular.

    10. Procesar Información técnica en SAP P15 conforme a procedimientos corporativos creando los de números de parte y su clasificación, BOM ́s, ECM ́s, así como Reportes de Prueba, para dar inicio al proceso de fabricación del nuevo producto.

    11. Cumplir asignaciones especiales del área para el logro de los objetivos organizacionales.

    REQUISITOS:

    Ingeniería Mecánica, Diseño Industrial, Ingeniería Mecatrónica

    Ingles avanzado

    Conocer y aplicar las políticas de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Así como también dar cumplimiento a las siguientes normas:

    Norma IATF .

    Norma ISO .

    Norma OHSAS .

    Conocer la respuesta a emergencias.

    Y dar cumplimiento a lo estipulado en el Capítulo 6 (De la calidad y Productividad) Articulo. 68 y Capítulo 4 (Seguridad e Higiene) Articulo. 37 al 59 del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
