PLANTA PIEDRAS NEGRAS I & II – DIVISIÓN JITS
PIEDRAS NEGRAS, COAHUILA
Serás responsable de desarrollar estrategias de mejora continua para asegurar la correcta operación y rendimiento en cuanto a calidad, costo y entrega. Asegurar los enlaces entre los objetivos de la planta y los proyectos realizados bajo la metodología six sigma y manufactura esbelta.
-Coordinar el departamento de Mejora Continua.
-Cálculo de run times, determinar la cantidad de personas necesarias para correr planta.
-Organización de eventos Kaizen y talleres de 5s.
-Realizar mejoras del proceso y hacer participe al personal.
-Capacitación del personal de planta en las técnicas y herramientas de manufactura esbelta/básicos de six sigma.
-Auditorías 5s.
-Implementación de administración visual.
-Implementación y seguimiento de proyectos de ahorro.
-Implementación de modelo operativo basado en equipos naturales.
-Entrenamientos a personal de planta en base a estándares establecidos en equipos naturales.
-Proyectos con herramientas estadísticas.
Para ser exitoso en el rol se requiere:
-Carrera finalizada en Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
-3 años de experiencia mínimo en el departamento de Mejora Continua o Ingeniería Industrial.
-Green o Black belt.
-Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas estadísticas y herramientas de solución de problemas y su aplicación.
-AutoCAD intermedio para layouts y mediciones.
-Experiencia coordinando eventos kaizen y entrenando personal en herramientas lean.
-Experiencia con implementación de equipos naturales de trabajo.
-Inglés conversacional (INDISPENSABLE).
