Así que, como Engineering Manager, tu labor será liderar a un grupo de cracks en el desarrollo de soluciones de software. Tu misión: impulsar la excelencia técnica y operativa, siendo un agente de cambio que promueva la innovación y eficiencia dentro de la organización.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Liderazgo y Desarrollo de Equipos: Dirige y motiva a tu equipo, fomenta la colaboración y el aprendizaje continuo, y mantén en crecimiento las habilidades de todos.
    • Gestión Estratégica: Colabora con otros líderes para ejecutar la estrategia técnica y alinear proyectos con los objetivos organizacionales.
    • Agente de Cambio: Lidera iniciativas para mejorar procesos y prácticas, y promueve la adopción de nuevas tecnologías.
    • Gestión de Personas y Proyectos: Asegura que se cumplan los plazos y objetivos, y colabora con otros equipos para lanzamientos exitosos.
    • Garantizar la Calidad Técnica: Supervisa la calidad del código y arquitectura, implementa mejores prácticas y asegura la relevancia de las aplicaciones.

    Experiencia requerida:

    • 7+ años en desarrollo de software
    • Experiencia como Tech Lead
    • Desarrollo en iOS, Android, Java o React
    • Conocimiento de infraestructura On-premise y/o cloud
    • Experiencia con bibliotecas y API de terceros
    • Conocimiento de arquitecturas limpias y principios SOLID
    • Gitflow y ciclo de vida de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles
    • Seguridad en la comunicación de aplicativos
