    Advance your career as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst in our Mexicali Plant.

    HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Verifying and validating cleanings.
  • Preparing and annually reviewing Quality system procedures, records, work instructions, and documents.
  • Training staff on Prerequisite Programs and procedures.
  • Auditing preventive controls.
  • Monitoring the implementation phases of KWS.
  • Supporting and overseeing Quality programs and product design/image compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with Process Control Procedures and records.
  • Auditing critical parameters.
  • Monitoring QFS results and indicators.
  • Capturing and reviewing PES daily.
  • Conducting BPM and critical-to-quality audits.
  • Participating in DDS 2.
  • Monitoring rework and product sampling.
  • Tracking food safety incidents and "C" defects.
  • Managing materials reception.
  • Conducting Food Defense Gemba walks.
  • Assisting with materials and microbiology samples.

    • YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related field.
  • Conversational English Level (70% or higher).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Food Processes is preferred.
