- Garantizar el control de los gastos y manejo de caja chica
- Elaboración y trasmisión de diferentes tipos de información (escritos, correos electrónicos, etc.) entre departamentos u otras entidades.
- Asistir a les reuniones de los distintos comités y elaborar los informes y minutas correspondientes.
- Organización de viajes, proporcionando diversas reservas (Ej. Alojamiento, transporte)
- Organización y control de agendas
- Organización y control de gastos (control de tarjetas de crédito, gasolina, etc.)
- Proporcionar organización administrativa y logística de las reuniones, visitas de clientes internos y externos.
- Garantizar la coherencia y cumplimiento del proceso de trabajo entre los departamentos del proyecto.
- Apoyo en actividades administrativas diversas
- Apoyo en actividades de organización de la oficina y del ambiente laboral, en común acuerdo con el área de servicios generales
- Administración o Carrera afín.
- Dominio de software Office
