    We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog to name a few).

    Now, Let's Get Down to Business
    Responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager in the definition, development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plans for each of the brands, to achieve the objectives in compliance with marketing guidelines and policies.
    Effective management of company resources.

    This position will design and develop marketing plans to meet business objectives in terms of sales, market share and profitability,work together with Regional Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales to detect opportunities and impeccable execution at the point of sale, support in the development and execution of the brand's 360° campaigns for: Sun Care and Fem Care, working together with external agencies (Media, BTL, PR, among others), planning and closely monitoring the execution and work together with BI to develop analysis and identify opportunities based on the market, trends and brand performance (Nielsen, internal information, Euromonitor, etc.)

    We are looking for someone with experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.

    In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:


    • +1 year of experience in a similar FMCG marketing position.

    • Fluent English (spoken and written) this will be proven if you enter the process.

    • In-depth information management and analysis

    • Fluid Excel level (capable of doing dynamic tables)

    • Budget management (control and execution)

    • Strategic thinking and good organizational skills

    • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

    • Storytelling capabilities to develop sales stories, pitches, briefs, etc.

    • Microsoft Office and Nielsen packages are strictly necessary. (This is a must)
