    Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflictsGenerating reportsResearch and creates presentationsOrganizing and setting up meetingsTaking minutes of the meeting and sharing the follow up actionsMaking travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

    Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
    Supporting the Leadership members for special projectsManage expense reportsSupporting the Marketing and the Sales teams with specific data entryAssist with audit(s)

    Provide guidance on Shared Service Center processComplete monthly Value Added Taxes reportIngredients for Success:
    Min 2 years of experience in the field or in a related areaCollege degreeProven admin or assistant experienceExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficient in MS Office
