    The Role

    As a key member of Order Operations fulfillment specialist, this person will have primary responsibility for maintaining customer records, processing orders, fulfilling license requests, and working across a multi-disciplinary team (including but not limited to Sales, Finance, Licensing, Support), and focused on University and License Administration functions.

    Your Impact

  • Licensing Administration.
  • Fulfilment of license requests.
  • Preparation of required licensing documentation.
  • Understanding of clients' product install base & license files.
  • Month End Reconciliation & Revenue Recognition.
  • Adherence to monthly closing deadline & related tasks.
  • Assisting Accounts Receivable Administrator with reconciliation.
  • Compliance with Revenue Recognition policies & guidelines.
  • Document Handling & Coordination.
  • Understanding of the documentation requirements for each process.
  • Ensure applicable documentation is received & preserved as appropriate.
  • The responsibilities of this role entail the ability to work under tight deadlines and during peak periods, particularly in the last few weeks of each quarter.

    • What You'll Need

  • Administrative based, with broad experience in Sales, Quote Generation, Order Processing & working with Contracts.
  • Working knowledge of Accounting, Billing, & Invoicing.
  • 3+ years' experience, preferably in the oil and gas and/or software industry.
  • Associate (2 year) degree in Business or IT.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exceptional and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong customer service & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle often changing work requests.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to create and sustain effective professional relationships with members of other departments.
  • Knowledge of computer-based accounting systems and back-office business applications, Oracle or SAP.
