Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of our order book in alignment with sales targets, ensuring that orders are fulfilled according to the customer's needs.
You will collaborate closely with various teams including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Distribution Center (DC), Sales Channels, Marketing, and other cross-functional departments to effectively manage the order book and maintain optimal service levels and on-time delivery.
As a Senior Specialist, you will be accountable for driving continuous improvements in order fulfillment processes.This includes optimizing availability, allocation, and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) metrics, as well as providing proactive visibility of any issues related to campaigns and product launches.
We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure, particularly during events and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for meticulously tracking and ensuring the timely availability of campaigns and product launches.
This entails closely monitoring the progress of each campaign or launch, coordinating with relevant teams to address any potential delays, and proactively resolving issues to ensure that products are available when needed.
You will play a pivotal role as the primary liaison and process owner facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Marketing teams.
This involves establishing and maintaining an effective operating rhythm, facilitating regular meetings and communications between the two teams, and driving alignment on key priorities and initiatives.
Serve as the backup point of contact for managing Purchase Order (PO) follow-up activities, collaborating with regional and global purchasing teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and fulfillment through the global ticket system.
Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards that provide insights into performance metrics such as Campaign Availability, PO Status, Cancellations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify KPIs (key performance indicators) and ensure the dashboards are actionable.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Power Query & Power BI preferred. Strong theoretical understanding of the field. Strong interpersonal skills. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
2 years experience in Supply Chain and/or related areas
