    Empresa ALYASA (ACEROS LAMINADOS Y ALAMBRES) estamos en busca de tu talento:Solicitamos COORDINADOR DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

    Funciones:

    • Gestionar la cobertura de las vacantes en tiempo y forma (operativas y administrativas)
    • Asegurar el resguardo correcto de los expedientes internos completos
    • Gestionar indicadores y metas establecidas en el plan semanal de reclutamiento y selección
    • Capacitar en el puesto de trabajo a los nuevos ingresos
    • Supervisar la correcta funcionalidad de las oficinas a su cargo
    • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de reclutamiento y selección
    • Asegurarse que todo el personal cuente con las herramientas de trabajo adecuadas
    • Gestionar, asignar y supervisar la correcta ejecución de los recursos financieros asignados a cada ciudad
    • Detectar áreas de oportunidad en el departamento de RRHH y proponer planes de mejoraHabilidades:
    • Inteligencia Emocional.
    • Atención al cliente.
    • Excelente actitud de servicio.
    • Orientación a Resultados.
    • Comunicación.
    • Planeación y Organización.

    Ofrecemos:

    • Sueldo mensual: $18,000. A $20,000
    • Horario de Lunes a viernes
    • Prestaciones de Ley.

      Requisitos:
    • 3 años de experiência en puesto similar
    • Licenciatura
    • Buen manejo de Office y sistemas tecnológicos.
