    Descripción

    This is a hybrid position at Guadalajara Jalisco.

    *Key Responsibilities

    :


    • Design and implement infrastructure based on specifications.
    • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems using industrystandard algorithms and tools.
    • Determine operational requirements for test/production environments in collaboration with development staff.
    • Keep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches, and bug fixes.
    • Monitor system capacity and performance, execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide Tier 2 technical support.
    • Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
    Requirements

    :

    -     3 to 7 years of experience in production support


    :


    • Strong experience with Linux Command and OS.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Maven.
    • Knowledge of DB queries.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting.
    • Ability to restart Apache server in case of downtime.
    • Highly flexible in hours of work due to customerfacing, highly available infrastructure requirements.
    Preferred Skills

    :


    • Experience with New Relic alert policies.
    • Experience in SSL certificate renewal and verification.
