Definición de estrategias para la planificación y gestión de revisiones de contratos colectivos Negociaciones con Sindicatos _
Solución de conflictos laborales individuales y sindicales_ Terminaciones de contratos y retiros de personal
Conocimientos requeridos:
Amplio conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, Seguridad Social (IMSS), Reglamento Interior del Trabajo (RIT), Reglamentos de la Secretaría del Trabajo Social (STPS).
Dominio de las funciones de recursos humanos, administración de sueldos y salarios, negociaciones sindicales, manejo y resolución de conflictos, capacidad para determinar el impacto financiero de las decisiones
