    1. MISSION DU POSTE / POSITION SUMMARY
    A Provider Network Manager oversees AXA Partners (Motor, Health, Travel, Home) provider relations, negotiates contracts, and ensures network growth and efficiency. Key tasks include searching and evaluating new providers, negotiating agreements (cost and services levels) managing provider databases, resolving disputes, and monitoring network performance.

    3. ACTIVITÉS DU POSTE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Evaluate and monitor providers' performance considering financial performance of contracts and coordinate partnership meetings with key providers.

    · Oversee Provider Relations Representatives assigned to territories.

    · Develop and maintain positive relationships with all LoB of business providers.

    · Conduct market research to identify new providers and evaluate existing ones. Analyse network capabilities and propose strategies of growing and optimization.

    · Negotiate contracts, fees and KPIs with providers to ensure cost-effective services.

    · Develop and implement provider network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

    · Responsible of the implementation of cost containment programs.

    · Analyze provider performance data and KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

    · Collaborate with other departments and external clients to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery of all services provided.

    · Provide training and support to providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    · Monitor provider network performance and develop strategies to address any issues or gaps in coverage.

    · Be a mediator in focused issues with concessioned providers.

    Su Perfil

    1. COMPÉTENCES & EXPÉRIENCE / SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Experience Required:

    · 4+ years of experience in provider management/negotiation.

    · Experience in motor, insurance industry – nice to have

    · Intermediate English level (written & verbal skills) – nice to have, not necessary.

    · Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations/related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience

    · Consulting experience/capability nice to have.

    · Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyse complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.

    · Proficient analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
