    Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare and communicate key analytics insights related to procurement operations enabling leadership to improve decision making. (20%)
  • Participate in the development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives in support of cost saving activities and risk mitigation. (20%)
  • Gather and analyze key procurement data using data collection techniques and create metrics in order to report results to leadership to be used in business planning and strategy development. (20%)
  • Support procurement managers development and administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance. (15%)
  • Support risk management assessment relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options, and product availability. (15%)
  • Participates in special projects (e.g., conducting special research, developing training and/or communication materials, etc.). (10%)
  • Required Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or analytics.
  • Two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
  • Experience creating financial forecasts with multiple inputs and intricate reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP/ P2P systems.
  • Strong project management skills
