    Acerca del puesto:

    Si te apasiona trabajar en el área de Cadena de Suministro y buscas un rol como Demand Planning Specialist Sr. en las oficinas Corporativas de Ferrero de México podrías encontrar el desarrollo profesional que estás buscando Intégrate a un gran equipo, en este rol tendrás la oportunidad de analizar el comportamiento de la demanda con el fin de alinear los planes operativos y financieros y facilitar la correcta toma de decisiones para el desarrollo de una estrategia integral del negocio.

    Principales responsabilidades:

    Generarás la proyección estadística a nivel SKU / Cliente / País, tomando la información histórica de los últimos 3 años, la cual utilizarás como baseline para la construcción colaborativa del forecast de los siguientes 12 meses rolling.

    · Colaborarás con las área de: Comercial, Marketing, Finanzas y Logística en la planeación de iniciativas y actividades comerciales a fin de que los key stakeholders tengan visibilidad para la correcta toma de decisiones, ejecución de las estrategias del negocio y generar planes de acción en caso de riesgos, oportunidades u otro tipo de impulso comercial.

    · Serás responsable de analizar y dar seguimiento al comportamiento de la demanda, así como a las desviaciones de la venta real vs el forecast de manera semanal, con el fin de poder generar planes de acción y realizar los ajustes necesarios a fin de evitar afectaciones a inventarios y producciones, aunado al cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño.

    · Te encargarás de escalar riesgos y oportunidades vs objetivos, así como planes del negocio y actividades para su comunicación oportuna a los stakeholders.

    A quién estamos buscando:

    Ing. Industrial, Lic. En Comercio, Actuaría o afín.

    · Exp. minima de 3 años en roles como Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales Planning o similar.

    · Conocimientos sólidos en: Planeación de la Demanda a nivel sku/cliente a sell in & sell out., cadena de suministro, estadística avanzada aplicada a modelos de pronóstico, administración de inventarios y coberturas.

    · Excel Avanzado

    · Competencias de: Logro de Resultados, Mentalidad Estratégica, Gestión del Cambio, Integración Organizacional y Dirigir la Innovación.
