    Coordinador De OperacionesPerfil:
    Licenciatura en administración, Ingeniera industrial, o carreras afines

    Experiência:
    2 años en coordinación de equipos, preferente en empresas de limpiezaConocimientos:Paquetería officePlaneación de operaciónesManejo de las 5 ́sFunciones:
    • Monitorear la calidad del servicio de las unidades de negocio asignadas
    • Elaborar los pedidos mensuales para solicitar materiales al área de Compras
    • Realizar actividades administrativas (envío de nómina, solicitudes de materiales, solicitudes de altas y bajas de personal, solicitudes de facturas, entre otras).
    • Entrevistarse mensualmente con los clientes para atender cualquier requerimiento.
    • Identificar oportunidades en el servicio a través de recorridos en las unidades asignadas y definir planes de acción
    • Garantizar el cumplimiento a los programas internos de seguridad.
    • Mantener comunicación efectiva con los Coordinadores y Supervisores.
    • Atender requerimientos de auditoria tanto internos como externos.
    • Garantizar que cada unidad de servicio cuente con su manual de operaciones.
    • Garantizar que cada unidad de servicio cuente con su plan anual de capacitación.
    • Notificar al área de Seguridad cualquier acto inseguro riesgo o accidente identificado.
    • Aplicar sanciones, asignar tiempo extra y seguimiento a problemáticas del personal a cargo.
