    Position Overview:We are in search of a visionary UX/UI Lead to elevate our design strategy and inspire a team of talented designers.

    If you have a proven track record of designing user-centric interfaces and leading design initiatives, this is your chance to make a significant impact on the digital shopping landscape.


    Key Responsibilities:

    -
    Design Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI Designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture

    -
    Strategic Design Direction:

    Define and drive the overall design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the enhancement of the user experience

    -
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually stunning and functional design solutions

    -
    User-Centric Focus:

    Advocate for user needs and experiences throughout the design process, ensuring our products exceed user expectations

    -
    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the highest quality standards in design deliverables


    Qualifications:


    • Demonstrated experience leading a design team with a portfolio showcasing successful ecommerce design projects.
    • Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
    • Ability to think strategically about design and translate highlevel business goals into tangible design solutions.
    • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and the ability to champion the user's perspective.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving design trends and technological advancements.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
    • Submit a portfolio showcasing a range of ecommerce design projects and highlighting your leadership impact.

    Salary:

    $50,000 MXN gross
