•Escolaridad – Preparatoria
•Experiencia Profesional – Al menos un año de experiencia en áreas de manufactura/producción o dentro de las áreas de inspección.
•Conocimientos Técnicos:
oConocimientos en partes metal mecánicas
oInterpretación de Dibujo técnico
oConocimiento general sobre el transformador (función, aplicaciones, componentes)
oManejo de paquetería Office (básico)
oConocimientos generales sobre la Normal ISO 9001.
•Idiomas – No requerido
•Habilidades / Competencias – Proactivo, Responsable, Toma de decisiones, Ejecución, Enfoque en el cliente, gestión del cambio, trabajo en equipo, facilidad de comunicación, asertividad.
Tus responsabilidades –
•Monitorear la conformidad de los procesos, producto y materiales conforme a lo descrito en los instructivos de trabajo y especificaciones de Diseño. Utilizar su experiencia para monitorear los procesos, que aseguren que estos sean satisfactorios, y en caso de encontrar algo que de acuerdo con su experiencia no cumple, detener y alertar al área responsable para que se resuelva el hallazgo. Esto incluye la verificación de componentes a nivel de piso y en algunas ocasiones también de componentes ya ensamblados en los tanques, eventualmente requiere trabajar en alturas hasta de 6 mts., e ingreso a sitios confinados.
•Orientar a los operadores en los procesos de manufactura y en caso de ser necesario, involucrar y obtener el soporte de diversas áreas para la solución de estas situaciones; así como verificar las condiciones de limpieza del producto y área para evitar la contaminación y orientar al personal al respecto, para cumplir con los requisitos de limpieza.
•Crear, analizar y ejecutar no conformidades relacionadas a los problemas encontrados en el proceso o producto y asegurar la implementación de acciones correctivas derivadas con la búsqueda de la recurrencia en estas No conformidades.
•Auditar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la norma ISO 9001 en las áreas de la compañía así como su participación en auditorías o revisiones de material con proveedores (Dentro de México).
