    The Candidate
    We seek a dynamic individual with a solid background in B2B sales management, particularly within the traditional sales channel. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:

    - Developing and managing customer relationships across distributors, specialty stores, regional pharmacies, and food service businesses.
    - Implementing effective sales strategies and managing sales teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
    - Utilizing technology and tools such as CRM and call platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
    - Analyzing sales data to refine sales approaches and tactics continuously.

    The Role
    As our B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the traditional sales channel. Your responsibilities will include:

    - Strategizing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed objectives, with a keen focus on customer needs and market trends.
    - Leading and empowering a team of sales representatives to excel in both account acquisition (hunting) and retention (farming).
    - Leveraging sales technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations and customer follow-up.
    - Collaborating with other departments to support marketing and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
